Back of the Bike Tours is offering an opportunity to be involved in one of the best tourism companies in Vietnam providing travelers with city tours and food tours in Ho Chi Minh City. Our tour leaders must be charismatic with both foreign customers and Vietnamese co-workers. In a management position here with us as a tour leader, you will learn how to manage your time, your tour, and how to properly work with your fellow co-workers to produce the best tour possible for our customers.
The daily duties of the position are an interesting combination of management of your co-workers while providing excellent customer service to our customers in the dynamic streets of Saigon.
Responsibilities:
-Organization of support staff members to ensure quality delivery to our customers with special needs
-Greeting of all guests
-Leading our tour via Motorbike for groups of people from 2-18 (occasionally driving customers on smaller/private tours)
-Developing/Managing the skills of drivers to provide the best service
-English introduction to guests on tours providing them with information on History, Culture, and Food preparation
Requirements:
-Public Speaking ability
-Management experience is preferred in Hospitality or Tourism
-A working motorbike that is in great shape. Automatic motorbikes are preferred.
-Extremely fun and interesting personality. Someone who loves to talk and laugh!
-English speaking skills that are considered fluent especially in proper grammar and pronunciation.
-Team work is important and we require candidates who love working together.
-This position is full time, maximum of 10 tours per week and 2 tours per day. You will have upto 2 days off per week.
Tour Times:
8:15 am -12:00 pm
12:45 pm – 5:00 pm
5:45 pm – 10:00 pm
