A tour of 7 people or less can be canceled with a full refund (minus Paypal Fee Costs that cannot be refunded) up to 24 hours before tour departure.

Large Group Bookings Cancellation Policy

Groups of 8 or more can cancel with a full refund (minus Paypal Fee Costs that cannot be refunded) up to 7 days before tour departure.

As a small tour company, we often block out entire tour dates for larger groups. This is why the Cancellation Policy differs for large groups.

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS

Due to the nature of our group tours having strict timelines for the whole group, we recommend you show up 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour or experience. Our group tours begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time. Refund requests are not honored per policy if you show up late or cannot find the meeting point for any reason. If you are having difficulty arriving on time, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything possible to assist you. This may include missing the tour’s first stop, as all of our guides must stay within the group during the tour.

Missing Customers from Group Booking

If a member of your group cancels within 24 hours of the tour start time, a 50% cancellation policy will still be applied to that customer in order for us to continue the tour for the rest of the group.

CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES OR ILLNESS

Within 24 hours, your spot on the tour has been reserved exclusively for you, with one of our drivers dedicated to each member of your group. Since we cannot fill your spot if you cannot attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we only offer 50% refunds. Please plan so that you can join us, and don’t miss out! It’s important to note that budget airlines in Vietnam often run late by many hours. Please schedule enough time for the tour even if your flight is delayed.

AMENDMENT POLICY

We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours before your tour start time if it’s possible for us to do so.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of your tour start time.

Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur, such as paying the drivers who miss out on the tour or not being able to reserve the spots reserved for you. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and do our best to provide a fair policy for our customers.
