Where to Stay in Ho Chi Minh City: Overview, Best Areas, and Recommendations

Figuring out where to stay in Ho Chi Minh City is a real obstacle for first-time visitors! Ho Chi Minh City is such a large region that can be broken down into numerous smaller areas. Each of them has so many great accommodations to choose from. Instead of recommending a specific type of lodging, I will be mapping out all the potential areas along with their dominant types of accommodation. Whether you are on a honeymoon, a solo backpacker, or with family, you will find all you need to know regarding where to stay before flying over to Ho Chi Minh City.

Overview of Ho Chi Minh City’s Neighborhoods

With 24 districts making up the city of Ho Chi Minh, it becomes the biggest and bustling business capital of Vietnam. Sprawling with historical landmarks, tranquil pagodas, trendy bars, and shopping malls teeming with tourists and locals alike, it’s certainly going to be a unique experience. On the subject of shopping, established international brands and smaller boutiques of all shapes and sizes grace the city’s landscape. Surely in a city as huge as Saigon, there’s a commodity for everyone, so make sure not to miss out on the abundant deals and discounts!

With such an influx of people going about, the numerous top hotels found in Ho Chi Minh City are more than capable of accommodating travelers worldwide. First-time visitors don’t need to panic about where to stay as lodging for every budget is widely available at reasonable fees. A variety of accommodation options such as romantic, luxury, or even backpacker-type rooms are available at your best.

The 24 districts in Ho Chi Minh City are slightly different from one another and were first mapped out during the French colonial period. Each of them has a distinctive experience, appearance, and range of accommodations. District 1 is well located as the prime center of the whole city and is neighbored by Districts 2,3,4 and Binh Thanh. This is where many bars, restaurants, cafés, and city landmarks all gather. A little further from this area is District 5 which is known as Cho Lon or Chinatown. We have fewer choices of hotels in this locality and most of them bear an elegant Chinese style. For business travelers or transit passengers who need to rest for a few hours near the airport, the Tan Binh and Phu Nhuan Districts are the best recommendations. You will find a good deal of middle-range and budget hotels set in a peaceful residential area there.

Ho Chi Minh City Center

District 1

Right in the heart of Saigon lies District 1, home to a majority of the places of interest. Architectural designs brought by the French during the colonial era have influenced this district to be brimming with wide tree-lined boulevards and parklands. Travelers visiting Saigon will be thrilled by the sheer number of bars, restaurants, and entertainment centers. With worldwide cuisine offerings from high-end luxurious bistros to a humble food stall down the alley, your dining options are aplenty. Tourists may spend most of their time wandering about this area. Overall, District 1 is unquestionably a great place in Saigon we would recommend for your first visit.

Speaking of where to stay, District 1 gathers plenty of premium hotels including both classical old-built and modern styles. Since most of the accommodations in District 1 are scattered in between the tourist attractions, this area has become an all-time favorite place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City for travelers.

Despite the benefits, District 1 still has some flaws we shouldn’t skip.

  • Traffic

Despite the impressive location and the wide scope of services District 1 has to offer, there exist some negative aspects that the city center is facing. The first thing tourists have to bear in mind is the tangle and impassable traffic that is much more likely to happen during rush hours. District 1 is not only a tourist attraction, but it also houses many office buildings and plays a role in the conjunction between the neighboring districts. This makes the traffic flow in and out of District 1 become a hassle. If you’re the kind of traveler seeking a tranquil relaxing vibe on a leisure trip, you may want to have a second thoughts about staying in District 1.

  •     Expensive

There’s no doubt about the excessive amount of money one has to pay when staying in District 1. Even though there are low-cost services like street food from the vendors, a majority of services in District 1 are targeted at tourists and an upscale class of Vietnamese who are willing to pay. This includes accommodation! The closer it is to the center of town, the pricier it can be. Generally speaking, the services and benefits you get in return at most of the places in District 1 are great!

  •     Pickpocket

Pickpocketing often occurs where there are crowds and people tend to lose their attention on belongings. It can be in a busy central market like Ben Thanh or Saigon Square. The backpacking area of Pham Ngu Lao is also an attractive target for cutpurses. If you plan to stay here or visit this area you should pick a room with a secure safe and leave your valuable items there before hitting the streets. Essential documents such as a passport or a huge amount of money shouldn’t be carried with you when going out. Wedding rings and watches are fine in this case. Bear in mind this crucial advice and you will have a pleasant trip!

The next section breaks down the four most popular streets all across District 1 where most hotels of the upper range are gathering. If you don’t have a specific place in mind, keep on reading to pick the one that suits you best!

Dong Khoi Street Area

Rue Catinat or as it’s more recently called – Dong Khoi street, houses premium luxury hotels and designer flagship stores which make this avenue such an elite class of its own. Destinations such as the newly renovated Ho Chi Minh City Square and the Café Apartment running along Nguyen Hue street are the most sought place for Instragrammable pics or just simple evening hangouts.

Type of Hotels in Dong Khoi Area

As the oldest avenue in the city, Dong Khoi gathers plenty of iconic French-influenced and modernist five-star hotels all along the street. Meanwhile, some of the new high-rise hotels bear a fresh look with the state-of-the-art design allowing more greenery to grow like The Myst Hotel. These hotels are assured of a choice of accommodations and activities to suit every taste. They are stylish but functional at the same time and offer superior amenities to meet a certain level of comfort that guests are looking for.

Because of such an ideal location and ambiance, business travelers make up a major fragment of the total number of guests staying at these lodges. The price could be anywhere between $100 to $300 for a night.

Best Hotel on Dong Khoi Street:

The Myst located on the street of Dong Khoi recently opened its accommodations back in May 2017. Having a façade that shows an overrun building with lush greenery but upon closer inspection, the place looks vibrant and modern. As you step inside and are greeted by the friendliest smiles, you’ll learn that the foliage-themed hotel is deliberately designed. Built with coziness in mind, the rooms are sufficiently spacious with Vietnamese-inspired furnishings that will make you feel right at home rather than staying at a hotel. What’s even more interesting is the mini-jacuzzis located on the balcony! Last but not least, the outdoor bathrooms obscured with greenery have become one of the most unique features making The Myst an outstanding place to stay in District 1. Except for The Myst Dong Khoi, the Continental Saigon Hotel and Caravelle Hotel are two other big brands that travelers can consider.

Address: 6-8 Ho Huan Nghiep, Ben Nghe, District 1, HCMC.

The Best Airbnb on Dong Khoi Street

The Colonial–French–era flat is a hidden lodge set inside an old French colonial apartment. It features a stunning view of the majestic Dong Khoi street and a peek of Nguyen Hue Boulevard. Guests have access to their kitchen and bathroom, all of which are located within one space with excellent privacy. One downside is the loud music from the Sheraton Hotel rooftop bar nearby, but rest your worries since earplugs are provided to give guests a comfortable sleep!

Pham Ngu Lao Ward Area

Located in a busy section of District 1, the area of Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lao streets is booming with life. The scene during nighttime is when it’s the liveliest with the crowds celebrating the night away while hopping from one bar to the next. Its popularity is solidified with the plethora of budget accommodations, cheap bars, and appetizing food stalls. This area is a certified backpacker’s hub full of unique charm and oddity. If you are a solo traveler with a knack for meeting other people, then we would recommend this place to socialize with fellow backpackers, book affordable tours, and have a good time!

Type of Hotels in Pham Ngu Lao Ward Area

The majority of accommodations in the Pham Ngu Lao area are 3-star hotels and hostels with their targeted market being backpackers. A private bathroom is a common thing offered by hotels but it’s quite a rare feature in most of the hostels here. In general, basic amenities like A/C and hot water are available. The price is competitive amongst the hostels, which makes it easy to negotiate a pretty good deal. You can start with $16 for a night in a hotel and a little over $5 for a bed per night in a dorm room. If you’re on a shoestring budget but want to experience much of what the city offers, then spending a night in this area is still a great idea.

Best Hostel in Pham Ngu Lao

As one of the top-rated hostels in Pham Ngu Lao, Long Hostel is just a few steps away from the best-known nightlife epicenter in town – Bui Vien. Even though this is a hostel, the staff is always there to deliver a fun and exciting atmosphere, which is even more complimentary than just being friendly or helpful. They offer tours to all the major cities from Saigon like Cu Chi and the Mekong Delta at a reasonable price. Breakfast is also included in the price.

Spa and massage services gather around these localities, which provides a better choice for travelers of all kinds regarding price range and quality. Speaking of what to eat, tourists can enjoy multi-cultural cuisine with a slice of pizza or a bowl of ramen other than just Vietnamese food. The famous Vincom Shopping Center is right across the street and opposite Lela Homestay. Staying at this favorable homestay means guests are free to access all the main attractions in the city just by walking.

Ton Duc Thang Street

The beautiful Ton Duc Thang street romantically skirts the peaceful Saigon River. A small section at the beginning of the street has plenty of 4-star and 5-star riverside hotels facing the historical and lively Bach Dang Park. The area is a famous spot in town where high-end dining cruises gather and move along the calm river at night. The newly-launched river bus ferry becomes an interesting thing to do in Ho Chi Minh City, where passengers experience a new sightseeing way off the street. Ton Duc Thang is the liveliest by nightfall when the street is nicely lit up. The charming sunset makes it an impressive scene with the sun reflecting on the river.

A drawback of Ton Duc Thang street is the heavy traffic jam caused by the constructed metro line nearby. Despite this disadvantage, this area is still a worthy spot if you want to spend a little extra cash in return for the excellent services around and the stunning river view.

Type of Hotels in Ton Duc Thang Street Area

The upscale hotel range on Ton Duc Thang street varies from the classic old-built brand like Majestic to the more modern names such as Renaissance Riverside Hotel or Le Meridien. Since the hotels are not only catered to upper-class tourists but also business travelers, it’s easy to find expansive ballrooms for meetings and events besides the common services like a restaurant, pool, and spa. The price varies from $50 to $250.

Best Hotel on Ton Duc Thang Street

Conveniently located along the riverbank in District 1, Le Méridien Saigon offers short travel times to the must-visit places in Ho Chi Minh City. Other than that, this hotel won’t disappoint anyone thanks to the quality of 343 contemporary guest rooms and engaging staff. They would go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Le Meridien is just a few steps away from the vibrant Bach Dang Wharf and is surrounded by numerous hidden Vietnamese restaurants and premium spas.

Address: 3C Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

District 3

Adjacent to the neighboring District 1, District 3 has been a mixture of traditional and modern atmospheres. If one finds that District 1 may be a little too overcrowded, District 3 is a perfect place to see a different side of the city. With famous colonial architecture dotted along such as the Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace, this district offers a humbling experience that many would appreciate. Although the majority of District 3 is a residential area, there is no shortage of interesting places to visit. Whether it is a worship temple or a restaurant, District 3 has everything it takes to be on your bucket list of where to stay in Ho Chi Minh City!

Compared to District 1, this area has privileged tranquility with famous gigantic parks, old-century trees, and fewer tourists. District 3 has fewer options for hotels which are compensated by the number of high-end serviced apartments. These accommodations are primarily located close to District 1, which is an advantage if tourists want to spend most of their time at the famous landmarks there. When night falls, they can always come back to District 3 for a meal in a local restaurant, get some craft beers, or enjoy acoustic music.

Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street Area

The street of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai begins from Thi Nghe Bridge to the Republic Roundabout, which lasts as far as 3.8 kilometers. It is known as one of the busiest and most expensive streets of Ho Chi Minh City, as well as the home to some of the best tourist attractions. If you want to go for a fancy night out, District 3 has everything to offer including a seafood buffet at Novotel Saigon Centre, cocktails at Shri Restaurant, and a walk to the social club next door are ideal for a fun night out.

Types of Hotels in Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street Area

Most of the hotels located on this street are 5-star hotels, with a small number of family-run hotels. They are mainly set around the Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum providing convenient access to the sightseeing attractions and nearby services. The spotlight of accommodation on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street should be given to the 5-star hotels with famous rooftop bars, outdoor swimming pools, and excellent hospitable services. Tourists staying at one of these accommodations usually want to enjoy a peaceful corner of the city but not too far from where all the landmarks are located. The price range is somewhere between $31 to $388.

Best Hotels on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street

A mellow yet intriguing fusion of both Districts 1 and 3, Hotel Des Arts Saigon M Gallery offers luxury in a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is a sight to behold that exudes elegance, you’d even mistake it for an art gallery. Just being a short walk away from cities’ countless bars, restaurants, and landmarks, this is a sanctuary you’d want to retreat to after a long day of binge eating and nightlife. Are you ready to relax on one of the best rooftop pools in the city and catch a glimpse of the sunset view of Bitexco while sipping on a cocktail?

Address: 76 – 78 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.

District 4

District 4 is located in the South of District 1 right across the Saigon River. According to the local foodies, this is a real paradise thanks to an endless collection of street food of all types, especially BBQ, seafood, and hotpot. If you’re a big foodie yourself, don’t hesitate to spend a few nights in one of the accommodations in this part of town. Just like District 3, this locality is not far away from the attractions and services in District 1, which means visitors can always switch between the two areas whenever they want. A big advantage of staying in District 4 is a better price compared to District 1. For anyone seeking a good place to stay without seeing a lot of tourists whenever hitting the streets, I highly recommend you consider District 4.

Type of Accommodations in District 4

If you’re looking for accommodation that doesn’t include the fancy hotels found mostly in Districts 1 and 3, District 4 might be the place to suit your needs. Most of the places available for booking here are apartment-style rooms that are run by local people. Make no mistake as a rental for these rooms easily gets fully booked during the holiday season due to reasonable prices while offering contemporary amenities. Staying in District 4 allows you to get in touch with Xom Chieu Market, a hidden interesting wet market with the yummiest street food you’ll ever find.

Where to Stay in Ho Chi Minh City Urban Areas

District 2

Far from the crowded streets and booming sound systems of District 1, a 20-minute drive during off-peak hours will take you to the residential side of Saigon. District 2 is mostly occupied by expats and affluent locals, living in high-quality villas surrounded by international schools, commercial offices, and the like. This area is preferred by artists whose creativity stems from a vibrant and peaceful setting.

Speaking of nightlife in District 2, there’s quite a lack of things to do if you’re a fan of staying out late and partying all night. There are almost no historical landmarks or sightseeing attractions except for the modern services for ex-pats and the young community in Saigon. The number of accommodation choices is little limited apart from the complimentary hidden riverside resorts in Thao Dien Area. Below is what you need to know about staying in this Saigon’s hidden gem.

Thao Dien Area

The little lovely neighborhood of Thao Dien has become a Westernized part of town with many bars and restaurants dedicated to the expat community in Saigon. The whole area is hidden away from the hustle and bustle back in downtown so travelers can easily find a decent tranquility when staying here. However, it won’t be a good place to spend the night for anyone touring in District 1 for the whole day since it causes a hassle everytime they travel back and forth. High-rising apartment buildings with lots of adorable looking restaurants and cafes are what you’ll witness in Thao Dien, District 2. Health-conscious travelers that are picky with their cuisines will be happy to know that their options are certainly not limited. The theme of fitness echoes throughout as there are also a number of fitness classes like yoga and pilates in the area.

Types of Hotels in Thao Dien Area

The best hotels in the Thao Dien area may have you lost in the wildest dream with an utmost peaceful and picturesque natural rustic space. Since these lodges are complete getaways from the hustle and bustle of the downtown, these hotels will be an ideal hideout for returnees, family travelers or couples on a honeymoon. Most of the hotels seem to bring the whole nature inside with plenty of plants. The river-view balcony at some of the places offers enjoyable scenery. Some of the hotels even provide free bicycles for guests to explore the peaceful neighborhood. The price range can start from $115 to $489 per night in a 5-star hotel or resort.

Best Hotel in Thao Dien Area

Nestled by the charming Saigon River, Villa Song seems to be a heavenly hideout to ease the scorching heat of the tropical sun. Pick any of their 20 rooms and lay back in the distinct layout and stunning design to leave behind the hustle back home. Aesthetically similar to the Reunification Palace back in District 1, the Villa Song Saigon strikes an uncanny resemblance of the contemporary styled architecture furnished with lavish Indochina décor. Located by the river on the northern outskirts of District 2, this hotel features amazing suites of retro-styled furnishings that will take you back to the classy Saigon of the ’90s.

Address: 197/2 Nguyen Van Huong Street, Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC.

Best Airbnb in Thao Dien Area

This amazing loft features a master bedroom with a private bathroom and even a cozy walk-in wardrobe. Featuring a romantic river view, the apartment allows cool gusts of wind every now and then with an impressive sunset. Common amenities like TV, internet, and other well-made devices such as a laundry machine, fridge, oven and many more. Guests have free access to the swimming pool and gym. The neighborhood provides convenient services including shops and supermarkets.

Saigon Bridge Area – Trần Não Street

If you’re working with a limited budget but looking for something else other than hostels, then you may want to run into one of the love hotels scattered underneath the Saigon Bridge. These are rather cheap accommodations that offer only the basic lodging necessities, yet they usually come less than $10 per night with the inclusion of a private room and bathroom.

Binh Thanh District

Bordering the city center to the North, Binh Thanh District is a less-touristy locale where visitors can get away from the crowded downtown. The area is authentic and filled with many local families that have resided here for generations. The serviced apartments and homestays dominate a majority of accommodations in the district with a few choices of 5-star and 3-star hotels. Staying in Binh Thanh allows travelers to get in touch with the natives in a casual way. Travelers can always drop by the city center at any time without spending extra time traveling. Binh Thanh is also known as a street food heaven that not many tourists know about.. Exploring the wet markets, eating delicious street food, laying back in Van Thanh Park and hitting the hidden acoustic bars are other features making Binh Thanh a good choice to consider staying.

Best Hotel in Binh Thanh District

Maison de Camille, or loosely translated as Camille’s House, is a mid-century modern boutique hotel that has started its operations last November 2017. In case you’re wondering, the namesake is a tribute to honor a creative French artisan whose talents stem from the inspiration she draws by meeting people, learning from other cultures, exploring beautiful landscapes, and studying exquisite architecture. Located on the outskirts of Bin Thanh and District 1, Maison de Camille celebrates the peaceful setting in a residential area with a privileged view of Mong Trieu Church adjacent to it. Maison de Camille certainly had its roots dug deep in French influence since its inception, and it is quite evident on the minimalist yet modern interiors decorated with Camille’s gorgeous works of art and photography. With just a limited spacing of 20 rooms and a suite, all accommodation options are fitted with a private bathroom and amenities that staying here almost feels like an oasis to loosen up to from the metro’s hustle and bustle.

Address: 174/21 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.

Best Homestay in Binh Thanh District

The flamboyant OTRO Homestay brings you back to the good old days of the Vietnamese through the colorful design and affined daily household goods. Each of the rooms at OTRO Homestay comes in a different theme like the room of Earth, Tray, Flower or Mat. A large shared kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchen essentials. You may want to visit a local market and come back to throw a cooking feast with the host. This will allow you to enjoy a true homestay experience! Don’t forget to welcome the sunrise on the windy greenish rooftop!

District 7 – Phu My Hung Area

Phu My Hung or more commonly known as “Korea Town” is located in District 7, around 6 kilometers away from the city center. The immersive feeling of being in Korea lingers as many have thought that they’re not in Vietnam due to the sheer number of establishments targeted towards the huge number of Koreans and expats. The infrastructure is well organized with numerous trees lining the streets. Did we mention shopping? From Korean BBQ, beauty products, to popular K-Pop music, these establishments will quench the thirst for those with Korean affinity.

Type of Hotels in Phu My Hung Area

The majority of accommodations in Phu My Hung area are the 2-star, 4-star and boutique hotels. Most of the best hotels gather around the SECC Convention Center, dedicated to businessmen during their short-day trip to Ho Chi Minh City. Otherwise, there are many serviced apartments in the heart of Phu My like homestays and Airbnb. Moving further to the edge of the area come quite a few 3-star and family-run hotels with basic amenities, but traffic around this area is insane during rush hour. The advantage of staying in this area is a variety of food and drinks at a low price and you can easily interact with the locals. Otherwise, my recommendation is to go with the district center of Phu My Hung. The price starts from somewhere around $17 and reaches up to $47.

The Best Hotel in District 7

Conveniently located near Vivo City and the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, Park Hill Hotel is a quiet repose perfect for guests looking to take a break from their busy schedule. With 25 tastefully furnished guestrooms, some even having balconies and others a spacious family-sized room, Park Hill rooms are all prepared with amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. A small but beloved craft bar sits adjacent to the lobby with an assortment of local and foreign restaurants just a few minutes away.

The Best Villa in District 7

The Nest Saigon – Pigeon is a stunning villa situated in Phu My Hung, District 7. It features several bedroom choices for different kinds of travelers with a satellite flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, wardrobe and a seating area. Free bikes are available upon request. Each of the rooms has its private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Laundry service is also available along with some other business facilities like fax and photocopying. The surrounding area is secure and full of food and beverage services including Vietnamese and Korean cuisine.

Tan Binh & Phu Nhuan Districts –  Airport Area

The districts of Tan Binh and Phu Nhuan are the working class’ residential area. This densely packed urban district is inhabited by young Vietnamese professionals who revel after office hours on beers and snails. Yet that’s not the only kind of food that tourists can find here. Many locally-owned restaurants offer affordable yet delicious cuisines. However, the district of Phu Nhuan is widely known for the numerous coffee shops offering copious caffeine in a varied setting. Think of garden styled cafes, vintage-themed breweries and even a Harry Potter-esque looking coffee shop. Good thing this location is near the airport, so travelers have plenty of time to indulge in their fix of caffeine.

Type of Accommodations in the Airport Area

The number of 4-star and 3-star hotels is dominant, along with plenty of serviced apartments. However, there is still a lack of choice compared to the central districts of Ho Chi Minh City regarding where to stay. Since these hotels are catered to those on a business trip or during transit, the decoration is neat, bright and full of essential services such as a swimming pool or library. We won’t see a lot of colorful designs or otherworldly architecture in this area. Guests may pay around $20 to $70 for a night when staying in these districts.

Best Airbnb Near Tan Son Nhat International Airport

The Transit House which is just a mere 5-minute walk from the Tan Son Nhat international airport is extremely convenient for tourists looking for a place to rest after their flight. Surprisingly, this beautiful 9-unit villa acting as a buffer for your next destination is clean, comfortable and peaceful enough to warrant a relaxing sleep.

Chinatown – District 5

District 5 or locally referred to as Cholon is Saigon’s liveliest and most popular Chinatown. Chinese immigrants kickstarted their culture in this location back in 1778 when people traveled from all over the city to purchase goods. It’s a hub of history and tradition that up to this very day upholds an enjoyable experience of haggling and bartering. Beautiful Chinese architecture is widespread that is most discernible through Chinese restaurants and the local’s prime shopping spot of Binh Tay Market.

Ho Chi Minh City’s Chinatown has become an amazing destination for history buffs who want to see another angle of this hectic metropolis. This locality is also a mesmerizing landscape for shopping enthusiasts. We have a diversity of local boutiques and shopping malls selling all kinds of clothing at any price. A wide array of street food and restaurants alike are other advantages that attract tourists to this part of Saigon.

Type of Hotels in District 5

Some of the most popular 5-star hotels in District 5 can give the nightlife of partying in the streets a run for its money. With an elegant embodiment of Chinese-influenced designs on the interiors and great amenities, you will want to think twice about where to spend your evenings, whether in the bustling part of the city or in the posh comfort of your lodging!

Best Hotel in District 5

At the first glance at the facade of this hotel, Windsor Hotel Plaza certainly looks like it’s made for the aristocracy; further inside the grand lobby laced with tasteful crystal chandeliers cements the five-star rating of Windsor Plaza Hotel with its quality luxurious rooms and suites. Based on the busiest part of Cholon District (Chinatown), this hotel boasts close to 400 hundred rooms and suites offering incredible views of the city below, 3 award-winning restaurants and housing the highest rooftop bar in all of District 5, and a massive 2000-person capacity Jade Ballroom. Top-notch customer service will have guests feel like royalty. With more than a dozen places of interest nearby notably a shopping center and an entertainment district, a shuttle service is easily arranged at the reception desk for guests’ convenience.

Address: 18 An Duong Vuong Street, Ward 9, District 5, HCMC.
